Is there an age or fitness level requirement to start training?
We welcome clients of all ages and fitness levels. Our «My Approach» approach and introductory consultations with a trainer ensure a safe and effective plan tailored to your current health and fitness level.
Do you provide nutrition consultations?
Yes, we understand that 80% of results depend on nutrition. As part of our Personal Training packages, our trainers offer basic recommendations and nutrition consultations to help optimize your diet in line with your training goals (Goal Setting).
Can I freeze my membership for vacation or illness?
Yes, we offer the option to freeze (suspend) your membership for a certain period. The terms and maximum freeze period depend on your membership type. Please check with the club reception or your contract for details.
